Welcome to St. Joseph York Catholic School, a PreK – 6th grade program rich in Catholic identity and academic excellence!  We are proud of the excellent achievement of our students, our dedicated staff, and the outstanding support that our school receives from our active parents and families.

​Located in York, Pennsylvania, our school serves nearly 250 students from 11 school districts. We are Middle State Accredited. With over 100 years as a Catholic school in the Diocese of Harrisburg, St. Joseph York (SJY) is pleased to be part of the Catholic Church’s mission in education where students gain knowledge, develop wisdom, and discover a personal sense of purpose.  Working in a partnership with parents, each child grows intellectually, spiritually, physically and morally through a program rooted in the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.  We embrace the importance of service instilling in students a desire to put faith into action, serve their communities and lay the foundation for graduates to be successful in their next academic setting and their communities.
